Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a payment used to cover all charter expenses (such as food, drinks, all fuel and relevant costs for the yacht and its tenders, harbour expenses, marina berthig fee if required during the charter, gratuity and all related costs for the yacht, crew, client.) apart from charter fee.
APA is around %30 of the charter fee. Captain of the yacht is responsible for all expenditure and collecting receipts. Occassinally there would be insufficient remaining balance during the charter. In this case, the captain will require sufficent sum to maintain the balance.
At the end of the charter the captain prepares the account with receipts and all supporting documents for the client. According to sum, if there had been made less payment from the client than the account, client will pay the balance in cash or if there is an over payment from the client, the captain will pay the over payment.
APA is a compulsory for most of the luxury yacht charters.

SCORPIOS is built by Radez d.o.o. in 2023, and available for yacht charter in Croatia, Italy and Greece. Her high level of comfort, vast indoor and outdoor spaces are blended with sailing ability. She accommodates comfortably twelve guests in her six pastel colour furnished cabins all with en-suite facilities, air condition.
She is 52 meters sailing yacht and offers al-fresco dining at the aft deck and a saloon with a dining table and home-comfort seating area with TV options.
This sailing yacht offers ample space for relaxation, with the luxury of spending leisurely afternoons on the spacious deck. For those desiring a refreshing dip, the yacht provides convenient access to the crystal-clear, turquoise waters via its swimming platform, or alternatively, one can opt for the jacuzzi on the sun deck for a rejuvenating experience.
Sailing yacht SCORPIOS sails out of Croatia -Split but depending on availability and your programme, this can be arranged from any port in Adriatic Sea, Italy and Greece
SCORPIOS has comfortable sleeping accommodation comprising one aft master cabin, one VIP cabin on the bow and four cabins with convertable beds to double or twin. Each stateroom is en-suite and air conditined.
